Tax Payments

• Payments for business taxes can be processed in several ways
• Small companies can make Federal Tax Deposits through the Bank; a pre-printed coupon issued by the Internal Revenue Service is required for the payment
• ACH debit or credit method is available for federal taxes; ACH credit method is available for state taxes
• Electronic Tax Payments can be arranged for federal or state taxes. Although the Internal Revenue Service requires this method of tax remittance for certain businesses only, the electronic tax payment service is available to all businesses. Contact the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Hawaii Tax Office to initiate the process.
