Lockbox Arrangements

Hawaii National Bank’s new Lockbox Service achieves more than older, traditional lockbox services. As with any lockbox service, we’ll receive payments at our post office box, open envelopes and process the payments. The way we process has changed and now utilizes the latest technology for scanning and data recognition. Your coupons and payments are scanned and automatically credited to your account. You are then provided with a report, either electronic or printed which can be customized for full-integration with your accounts receivable or customer information system.
