  • Did my username change?
    Your username remains the same, however it is now case sensitive (UPPERCASE is not the same value as lowercase); additionally, personal users may now change their username after logging in for the first time.

  • Did my password change?
    Please check your email for password information. Alternatively, please call us at (808) 528-7784, send a message using our contact page, or email us at hnb.depositinfo@hnbhawaii.com.

  • Why can't I see all of my accounts?
    Please contact us immediately if you are unable to access any of your accounts.

  • I'm a new customer that does not have a username and password. How do I login?
    Personal users may self-enroll at any time. You will need your name, SSN, and at least one of your HNB bank account numbers. New Business users need to download our enrollment forms and mail or FAX them to us.
